For those wishing to truly immerse themselves in French life, nothing can be closer than a visit to a market.  There is a market locally everyday but our favourites are; St Cyprien on a Sunday morning, Le Bugue on Tuesdays and Sarlat on Saturdays.  Whichever market you choose they are all delightful and allow you to observe and savour French food, wine and local hospitality at its best.
