St Amand is a delightful villa, built to remain cool in the French summers.  All the rooms are on ground level making it an ideal house for families.

 

Kitchen

Fully equipped, including hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, food blender, cafetière, matching crockery, cutlery, glasses etc.

 

Sitting/Dinning Room

 The sitting/dining area has a log burner, sofa and chairs, dining table and double doors leading onto the private patio
